Who is responsible
This website (freiafactory.com) is operated by FreIA. For any question about your data you can write to the contact email published on this site.
What data we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: the type of request, your name, your email and your message, plus the date and the language version of the site you wrote from.
We don't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. We don't create user accounts.
To stop bulk spam, your IP address is used briefly and in pseudonymized form (an irreversible hash) to count how many messages arrive from the same connection; that count is discarded automatically after one hour.
What we use it for
Only to read your request, reply to you and, where relevant, talk about the project you proposed. We don't sell your data, share it for commercial purposes or use it to send you advertising.
Where it's stored and who is involved
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the requests we receive.
- Discord and WhatsApp are used to notify the FreIA team internally that a new request arrived; the notification includes the request's content.
Each of these services processes data under its own policies.
How long
Requests are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically, unless we're still in touch about an ongoing project.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us through the site's contact channels.
Marketplace purchases
FreIA products are bought on external marketplaces (for example, Etsy). Data from those purchases is handled by the marketplace under its own privacy policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date on this page will reflect it.
